At Wovallo, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is not marked as final sale or non-returnable
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team via the contact page with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank for processing delays
